I had expensive breakfast; it could definitely be improved.

The room is cheap and spotless right in the bedroom. This hotel offers marvellous location next to the "private beach'', the pier and the beach, and the flight path. Again, it's 1 mile from a sandy parkland.

The resort was easy to find - easy in and out- lots of things available to do and see on the premises, but did not have enough time. The restuarant does not have any atmosphere, it is strictly a cafeteria, but the food was good - fresh salad and fruit was awsome! We are planning to return in the future and maybe take the children and grand-children with us - they would have a ball. Plenty of pools, a pier over the ocean, putt- putt and a nice excersize gym. Good family fun!

Our building had no elevator, and felt shabby next to the other buildings. Also the pools floors looked dirty and I didn't want to swim in them. I would recommend the building we stayed in if it was lower in price, but I felt that I could have done just as well in the newer hotels at this time of year.

Loved being beachfront. Also loved all the amenities.

Didn't like all the extra charges after the stay. Wasn't aware of the extra money that would be spent.

Fishing pier! Wonderful buffet breakfast! Cleanliness! Our view to the ocean was marvelous! Really enjoyed the stay, and Will do it again really soon!

Why I'm torn on this

The beach access was lovely and the staff were very good too help. The view from my balcony was amazing, making the stay worthwhile!

Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby airport was excessive. I found that the cleanliness of shared areas was lacking, which put a damper on my experience.

The plumbing was noisy, making spontaneous sounds throughout the night. A cabinet was missing a hinge, and this looks shabby. Overall, the room did not feel comfortable.

Beachfront! Room was cheery and very clean. I liked the dispensers in the bath and sink areas. My husband was amazed that it was such a nice, comfortable, room for $59!! We will be back!

I adored the airy and spacious dining area decorated in tasteful coastal themes. The ample natural light.

Breakfast buffett expensive and not worth the money. Liked it when it was included in price of room.

Marlins had a very good breakfast, omelets were great!! Liked the layout. Barnacles is a nice bar, bartender was friendly and very aware of things to do and places to go.

Not much hot water for a shower. Hard to get to pools from rooms.

Great Ocean Views But Needs Some Attention

The amazing ocean views from our balcony were a highlight, but the room showed signs of wear and poor maintenance. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool, yet some furniture could use replacement. I'd suggest checking room conditions before settling in.
